Please submit your maintenance request via your ManageGo platform or by calling our office at (205) 752-1277. For afterhours, emergency calls (burst pipe, heating/cooling not working, etc.), please contact our answering service at (205) 349-8059. If the issue is not an emergency item, it will be addressed the following business day. If you have a life threatening emergency, please call 911 immediately!
Your ManageGo dashboard can be reached by logging in via the Current Tenant Portal. Please keep in mind that the email address used for ManageGo is the same one the tenant used for their rental application. If you cannot remember what email address you used for your application, please email andrea@weaverrentals.com for assistance. If you have forgotten your password, please enter your email address and click the “Forgot password?” link. This will send a password rest link to the email address associated with your ManageGo account. Once in your ManageGo dashboard, click the “Create a ticket” button or the “Tickets” tab. You will be able to create a new maintenance ticket or view status updated of previous maintenance tickets. If you have technical issues with ManageGo, please contact their office directly at 212-300-7950 or support@managego.com.
Repair or damage caused by the negligence or misuse by you or a guest will be your responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but you will be charged for the cost of labor and materials.
